Daniel Wadsworth is a senior business strategist with extensive experience establishing and executing growth initiatives and in the creation of new revenue streams.  Dan has worked in financial services and consulting developing key strategies, leading organic growth initiatives, sourcing acquisitions, executing and integrating acquisitions, developing and managing strategic alliances, developing products, conducting business development and managing of ongoing operations.  He has broad international experience having led growth efforts while based in the Asia Pacific region and while developing sales channels and partnerships around the globe. 

Dan founded Fleetwood Advisors in 2012 to help companies, from start-up to established, unlock previously untapped potential.  He has worked with clients to develop core strategies, conduct market research, establish strategic alliances and develop new go to market strategies.  Clients have benefited from his experience and relationships in financial services, investor relations, communications, governance and capital markets.

Prior to founding Fleetwood Advisors, Dan spent twelve years in capital markets with NASDAQ OMX Group.  Dan was a founding member of the team responsible for establishing the NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions business in 2005.  Most recently he was Vice President of Asia for NASDAQ OMX Group’s Corporate Solutions division. He was responsible for the ongoing expansion of the Corporate Solutions business in Asia Pacific and aided NASDAQ OMX’s overall strategy in the region.

​Dan was Associate Vice President leading NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions’ global reselling and strategic business development prior to his relocation to Hong Kong.  During this time, he was instrumental in forging relationships and establishing key corporate solutions initiatives in Brazil, Dubai, Singapore and Japan. 

Previously as Managing Director of the Corporate Solutions business Dan was instrumental in the establishment of investor relations and risk management offerings into NASDAQ OMX. His responsibilities included the development, acquisition, and implementation of the suite of strategic products and services designed to help companies be more effective public corporate entities.  Services include investor relations, communications and governance tools.  

Prior to joining NASDAQ OMX, Dan helped entities achieve efficiencies and launch new strategies while serving as a Senior Business Analyst for Wyzdom Solutions Inc. in San Francisco and as a Senior Management Analyst for KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C.  In his role as a management consultant Dan conducted numerous performance audits, technology implementations, trained clients and led change management and process re-engineering efforts.

​Born and raised in California, Dan moved to the East Coast to attend American University where he earned a BA in International Studies.  Dan currently resides in New York City.
